Include your registered email, device type (iPhone or Android), and a short description of the issue. Do not send child names, photos, chat contents, or passwords.

Reports about posts, messages, or other parents
Bugs, crashes, and other technical issues

In the app

Open More → Help & Support for FAQs and the same email action.
Report a post, chat, or parent from the ⋯ menu, then choose a reason.
Delete your account from Settings & Privacy → Delete account, or use our account deletion page.

Not an emergency service

Vaara is not an emergency service. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
